The Director of the Congressional Budget Office shall include in the report submitted under section 202(e)(1) of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 the following: An estimate of the cost of tax expenditures as a share of gross domestic product for the budget year and the 9 years following the budget year. Historical data on the cost of tax expenditures as a share of gross domestic product for each fiscal year beginning with fiscal year 1965 and ending with the budget year.
