Notwithstanding any provision of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 ( 2 U.S.C. 621 et seq. ), subsections (c)(2) and (d)(3) of section 904 of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 ( 2 U.S.C. 621 note) shall remain in effect for purposes of Senate enforcement through September 30, 2025. In the Senate, section 205 of S. Con. Res. 21 (110th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2008, shall no longer apply. Section 201(d) of S. Con. Res. 21 (110th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2008, is repealed. Section 404(e) of S. Con. Res. 13 (111th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2010, is repealed.
