Section 4204(b)(2) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7174(b)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (B), by inserting and college and career readiness before the semicolon at the end; in subparagraph (H), by inserting local board (as defined in section 3 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( after 29 U.S.C. 3102 )), business entities, community-based organization, ; and in subparagraph (J), by inserting college and career readiness, after achievement, .
