In this Act, the term textile or apparel article means any of the following: Any good classifiable under chapters 50 through 63 of the HTS. Any good classifiable under one of the following HTS headings or subheadings: 3005.90. 3921.12.15. 3921.13.15. 3921.90.11. 3921.90.15. 3921.90.19. 3921.90.25. 3921.90.29. 3921.90.40. 6601. 7019.19.15. 7019.19.28. 7019.40 through 7019.59. 8708.21.00. 9404.30. 9404.90. In subsection (a), the term HTS means the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States.
