Nothing in this Act or an amendment made by this Act modifies any requirement or authority provided by the matter under the heading of the first section of the Act of March 3, 1879 ( GEOLOGICAL SURVEY 43 U.S.C. 31(a) ). Nothing in this Act affects any aspect of Secretarial Order 3324, issued by the Secretary of the Interior on December 3, 2012, with respect to potash and oil and gas operators.
