Section 2 of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 ( 12 U.S.C. 635 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Bank shall ensure complete and accurate records are maintained to provide an audit trail for each transaction subject to approval by the Board from application through close-out, including eligibility and due diligence. The Bank shall establish a quality control review program to ensure compliance with Bank policies and the accuracy of records for all types of transactions subject to approval by the Board. .
