In this title: The term appropriate congressional committees means— the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate; the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate; the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate; the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate; the Committee on Armed Services in the House of Representatives; the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives; the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform of the House of Representatives; and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives.
The term Director means the Director of the Office of Personnel Management. The term roles has the meaning given the term in the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education's Cybersecurity Workforce Framework.
