Title VII ( Public Law 104–330 ; 110 Stat. 4048) is amended by adding at the end the following: A tribally designated housing entity shall qualify as a community-based development organization for purposes of the Indian Community Development Block Grant program authorized under section 106(a) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 ( 42 U.S.C. 5306(a) ). .
