Section 703 ( 25 U.S.C. 4212 ) is amended to read as follows: The Secretary shall make available for assistance, to be awarded on a competitive basis, for a national or regional organization representing Native American housing interests for providing training and technical assistance to Indian housing authorities and tribally designated housing entities such sums as may be necessary for each fiscal year. .
