Section 184A(j)(5) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992 (12 U.S.C. 1715z–13b(j)(5)) is amended— in subparagraph (B), by inserting after the period at the end of the first sentence There are authorized to be appropriated for those costs $386,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2020. ; and in subparagraph (C), by striking for each of fiscal years and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2020 with an aggregate outstanding principal amount not exceeding $41,504,000 for each fiscal year. .
