Section 30 of the Toxic Substances Control Act ( 15 U.S.C. 2629 ) is amended by striking paragraph
(2)and inserting the following: the number of notices received during each year under section 5; and the number of the notices described in subparagraph
(A)for chemical substances subject to a rule, testing consent agreement, or order under section 4; .
