Title X of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300 et seq. ) is amended by inserting after section 1003 the following: The Secretary is authorized to make grants to and enter into contracts with public or nonprofit private entities to plan, develop, or make improvements to facilities carrying out family planning service projects, and expand preventive health services, under section 1001. There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section, $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2019. .
There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out programs under title X of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300 et seq. ), $327,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2019.
