The Secretary may acquire by donation the approximately 44 acres of land and any interests in the land that are identified on the map. On acquisition of the land under subsection (a), the Secretary shall adjust the boundary of the historic site to include the acquired land. The Secretary shall administer the land and any interests in the land acquired under subsection
(a)as part of the historic site. The authority provided under subsections
(a)through
(c)shall apply only if the Muir Heritage Land Trust holds title to the land identified on the map by August 31, 2015.
