Sec. 3721. Satisfaction of claims

The benefits realized by the Tribe under this subtitle shall be in complete replacement of, complete substitution for, and full satisfaction of all— claims of the Tribe against the United States waived and released pursuant to section 3720(a); and objections withdrawn pursuant to section 3720(c). The benefits realized by the allottees under this subtitle shall be in complete replacement of, complete substitution for, and full satisfaction of— all claims waived and released pursuant to section 3720(a)(2); and any claim of an allottee against the United States similar in nature to a claim described in section 3720(a)(2) that the allottee asserted or could have asserted.
