It is the sense of Congress that secured loans under the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 3901 et seq. ) shall be— initially appropriated at $20,000,000; and used for eligible projects, including those to address lead and other contaminants in drinking water systems.
