Sec. 1158. New England District headquarters

Subject to subsection (b), using amounts available in the revolving fund established by the first section of the Act of July 27, 1953 (67 Stat. 199, chapter 245; 33 U.S.C. 576 ), and not otherwise obligated, the Secretary may— design, renovate, and construct additions to 2 buildings located on Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, Massachusetts, for the headquarters of the New England District of the Corps of Engineers; and carry out such construction and infrastructure improvements as are required to support the headquarters of the New England District of the Corps of Engineers, including any necessary demolition of the existing infrastructure.
In carrying out subsection (a), the Secretary shall ensure that the revolving fund established by such first section is appropriately reimbursed from funds appropriated for programs that receive a benefit under this section.
