Section 210 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2238 ) is amended— in subsection (c)(3) by striking for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2022 and inserting for each fiscal year ; and by striking subsection (d)(1)(A) and inserting the following: For each fiscal year, if priority funds are available, the Secretary shall use at least 10 percent of such funds for emerging harbor projects. .
