In this Act: The term Secretary means— the Secretary of Agriculture, with respect to land administered by the Forest Service; or the Secretary of the Interior, with respect to land administered by the Bureau of Land Management. The term wilderness area means any of the areas designated as a component of the National Wilderness Preservation System by section 101.
