Section 907(b) of the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 ( Public Law 114–125 ) is amended— in paragraph (3), by striking or at the end; in paragraph (4), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: the program for entering into reimbursable fee agreements with U.S. Customs and Border Protection established under section 481 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002. .
