Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report on any cooperation between Iran and North Korea on their nuclear programs, including the identity of Iranian and North Korean persons that have knowingly engaged in or directed the provision of material support or the exchange of information between North Korea and Iran on their respective nuclear programs. The report required by subsection
(a)shall be submitted in unclassified form but may include a classified annex.
