This Act takes effect on October 1, 2015, except as otherwise specified in this Act. The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3101 et seq. ), including the amendments and repeals made by that Act, is repealed. Each Act amended or repealed by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act shall be applied and administered as if the amendments and repeals made by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act had not been enacted. No reference to an amendment in paragraph
(1)or
(2)shall be considered to apply to an amendment to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ( 29 U.S.C. 701 et seq. ) or an amendment to chapter 2 of title II of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2271 et seq. ). This subsection takes effect on the earlier of— June 30, 2015 (as if included in an Act enacted on that date); and the date of enactment of this Act.
