Funds reserved, retained, or allocated under section 313 may be used only for— adult training services under section 315; supplemental services under section 316 and 317; coordination and development of a labor exchange system (including provision of services through that system) and administration of a work test for unemployment compensation under section 318; cooperative governance of an employment statistics system (including provision of employment statistics information) under section 319; and administrative costs of State boards and local boards in carrying out this subtitle.
