Improving literacy and college and career readiness through effective school library programs. ; by striking the item relating to title II and inserting the following: TITLE II—Preparing, Training, and Recruiting Highly Effective Teachers, School Librarians, and Principals ; and by striking the item relating to part A of title II and inserting the following:
Part A—Teacher, School Librarian, and Principal Training and Recruiting Fund .
