Section 1002(b)(4) ( 20 U.S.C. 6302(b)(4) ) is amended to read as follows: For the purpose of carrying out subpart 4 of part B, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2016 and for each of the 5 succeeding fiscal years. .
