Subsection
(b)of section 3 of the Marine Debris Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1952(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (4), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (5)(C), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: work with other Federal agencies to address both land- and sea-based sources of marine debris; and work with the Department of State and other Federal agencies to promote international action to reduce the incidence of marine debris. .
