Out of funds of the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, there is appropriated to the Administrator of the Rural Utilities Service $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2021 to provide, for eligible programs and activities in the Commonwealth— water or waste disposal grants or direct or guaranteed loans under paragraph
(1)or
(2)of section 306(a) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1926(a) ); rural water or wastewater technical assistance and training grants under section 306(a)(14) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(14) ); emergency community water assistance grants under section 306A of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1926a ); and solid waste management grants under section 310B(b) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1932(b) ). Out of funds of the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, there is appropriated to the Administrator of the Rural Utilities Service $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2021 to provide electric infrastructure grants for eligible programs and activities in the Commonwealth under the Rural Electrification Act of 1936 ( 7 U.S.C. 901 et seq. ).
