Subsection
(e)of section 119 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking The Secretary of Defense and inserting Subject to paragraph (3), the Secretary of Defense ; and by adding at the end the following: The Secretary may not exercise the authority provided under paragraph
(1)to waive the requirement that certain information be included in a report, if the information is related to intelligence or intelligence-related activities. .
