Not later than 3 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Director of the Office of Personnel Management shall complete a review of agency policies to determine whether agencies have complied with the requirements of this subtitle and the amendments made by this subtitle. Not later than 90 days after completing the review under subsection (a), the Director shall submit to Congress a report evaluating the results of the review.
