The position of Director of Shared Services in the Department is abolished. The Office of the Director of Counternarcotics Enforcement in the Department is abolished. Section 843(b)(1)(B) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 413(b)(1)(B) ) is amended by striking by— and all that follows through the end and inserting by the Secretary; and .
