Effective as of the date of the enactment of this Act, paragraph
(2)of section 632(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 847) is repealed, and the amendment proposed to be made by that paragraph shall not be made or go into effect.
