Sec. 1262. Requirement for submittal of consolidated annual budget for security cooperation programs and activities of the Department of Defense

The budget of the President for each fiscal year after fiscal year 2018, as submitted to Congress by the President pursuant to section 1105 of title 31, United States Code, shall set forth as a separate item, the amounts requested for the Department of Defense for such fiscal year for all security cooperation programs and activities of the Department of Defense to be conducted in such fiscal year, including the specific country or region, to the extent practicable, for the Security Cooperation Enhancement Fund under section 381 of title 10, United States Code, as added by section 1260 of this Act.
In this section, the term security cooperation programs and activities of the Department of Defense has the meaning given that term in section 301(5) of title 10, United States Code, as added by section 1252(a)(3) of this Act.
