Subsection (c)(3) of section 1107 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 ( 10 U.S.C. 2358 note) is amended by striking 3 percent and inserting 10 percent . Such section is further amended by striking subsection (e). Subsection
(f)of such section is amended by striking paragraph (3). Such section is further amended by striking subsection (g). Such section is further amended— by transferring subsection
(d)so as to appear after subsection (h); and by redesignating subsections (f), (h), and
(d)(as so transferred) as subsections (d), (e), and (f), respectively.
