Section 8016(b)(4)(A) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition and inserting Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics ; and by inserting , technology, and logistics after acquisition . Any reference to the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition in any law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be deemed to be a reference to the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics.
