Section 1236(a) of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3559) is amended by striking December 31, 2016 and inserting December 31, 2019 . Subsection (l)(1)(A) of such section, as added by section 1223(e) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 . 129 Stat. 1050), is amended by striking 120 days after the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 and inserting each of March 25, 2016, and the date that is 120 days after the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 .
