Sec. 758. Maintenance of certain reimbursement rates for care and services to treat autism spectrum disorder under demonstration program

Effective as of the date of the enactment of this Act, in order to maintain access to care and services to treat autism spectrum disorder under the Comprehensive Autism Care Demonstration program of the Department of Defense conducted under section 705 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 10 U.S.C. 1092 note), as extended and modified by the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary shall reinstate the reimbursement rates for the provision of applied behavior analysis therapy under such program that were in effect on March 31, 2016, and may not modify such reimbursement rates throughout the duration of such program.
