Section 12102(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraphs
(1)and
(2)and inserting the following new paragraphs: that person has met the requirements established in section 504(b)(1) of this title; or that person is authorized to enlist by the Secretary concerned under section 504(b)(2) of this title. .
