Section 2421 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The authority under this section shall terminate on September 30, 2018. . Section 2220 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The authority under this section shall terminate on September 30, 2018. . Section 2245a of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. The table of sections at the beginning of subchapter I of chapter 134 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 2245a.
Section 166a(e)(1)(A) of such title is amended by striking the investment unit cost threshold in effect under section 2245a of this title and inserting $250,000 . Section 2225 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 131 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 2225. Section 812 of the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001 ( Public Law 106–393 ; 114 Stat. 1654A–213; 10 U.S.C. 2225 note) is amended by striking subsections
(b)and (c). Section 2330a(j) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking paragraph (2); by redesignating paragraphs (3), (4), and
(5)as paragraphs (2), (3), and (4), respectively; and by adding at the end the following new paragraphs: The term simplified acquisition threshold has the meaning given the term in section 134 of title 41. The term small business concern has the meaning given such term under section 3 of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 632 ). The terms small business concern owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and small business concern owned and controlled by women have the meanings given such terms, respectively, in section 8(d)(3) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 637(d)(3) ). . Section 222(d) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 10 U.S.C. 2358 note) is amended by striking as defined in section 2225(f)(3) and inserting as defined in section 2330a(j) . Section 2378 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 140 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 2378. Section 2387 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 141 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 2387. Section 2302c of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. Section 2301 of title 41, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: In this section, the term executive agency does not include the Department of Defense. . The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 137 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 2302c.
