Section 1704(e) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 123 Stat. 2573), as amended by section 722 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ) and section 723 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ), is further amended by striking September 30, 2017 and inserting September 30, 2018 . Not later than March 30, 2017, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report on plans to implement all information technology capabilities required by the executive agreement entered into under section 1701(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 123 Stat. 2567) that remain unimplemented as of the date of the report.
