Section 709(g) of title 32, United States Code, as amended by section 512(a)(2), is further amended— by inserting

(g); and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: In addition to the sections referred to in paragraph (1), section 6323(a)(1) of title 5 also does not apply to a person employed under this section who is performing active Guard and Reserve duty (as that term is defined in section 101(d)(6) of title 10). .
