(a)of section 2925 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in the subsection heading, by inserting after , resiliency, and mission assurance ; Annual report related to installations energy management by striking paragraphs (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), and (10); by redesignating paragraphs
(9)and
(11)as paragraphs (3), and (4), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph (1), the following: A description of the energy savings, return on investment, and enhancements to installation mission assurance realized by the fulfillment of the goals described in paragraph (1). .
