In this subtitle: The term BLM land means certain public land administered by the Bureau of Land Management in the State comprising approximately 703,621 acres, as generally depicted on the map entitled Utah Test and Training Range Enhancement/West Desert Land Exchange and dated July 21, 2016. The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior. The term State means the State of Utah. The term Utah Test and Training Range means the portions of the military land and airspace operating area of the Utah Test and Training Area that are located in the State, including the Dugway Proving Ground.
