Section 2165(b)(5) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking Information Resources Management College and inserting College of Information and Cyberspace . Any reference in any law, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to the Information Resources Management College shall be considered to be a reference to the College of Information and Cyberspace.
