Not later than March 1, 2017, the Commander of the United States Central Command shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report on the steps taken by the Commander to formalize and disseminate procedures for establishing, staffing, and operating the Intelligence Fusion Center of the United States Central Command. In this section, the term appropriate congressional committees means— the congressional defense committees; and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives.
