(f)of such section, as amended by section 1225(e) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 1055), is further amended in paragraph
(1)by striking December 31, 2016 and inserting December 31, 2018 .
