Subparagraph
(B)of section 1413a(b)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking the amount equal to and all that follows through creditable service multiplied and inserting the following: the amount equal to the retired pay multiplier determined for the member under section 1409 of this title multiplied .
