Section 4522 of the Atomic Energy Defense Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2672 ) is amended— by striking subsection (e); and by redesignating subsection
(f)as subsection (e). Section 3122 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 50 U.S.C. 2571 note), as amended by section 3125 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 ( Public Law 113–66 ; 127 Stat. 1063), is further amended— in subsection (b)(1), by striking , and to the Comptroller General of the United States, ; by striking subsection (e); and by redesignating subsections
(f)and
(g)as subsections
(e)and (f), respectively.
