Section 2867 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1997 (division B of Public Law 104–201 ; 110 Stat. 2806), as amended by section 8135(a) of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 1997 (section 101(b) of division A of the Omnibus Consolidated Appropriations Act, 1997 ( Public Law 104–208 ; 110 Stat. 3009–118)), and as amended by section 2862 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (division B of Public Law 112–81 ; 125 Stat. 1701) is further amended— by striking Mike O’Callaghan Federal Medical Center each place it appears and inserting Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center ; and in the heading, by striking and all that follows and inserting Mike O’Callaghan .
