Subsection
(h)of section 2808 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (division B of Public Law 108–136 ; 117 Stat. 1723), as most recently amended by section 2802 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (division B of Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. XXXX), is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking December 31, 2016 and inserting December 31, 2017 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking fiscal year 2017 and inserting fiscal year 2018 . Subsection (c)(1) of such section is amended— by striking October 1, 2015 and inserting October 1, 2016 ; by striking December 31, 2016 and inserting December 31, 2017 ; and by striking fiscal year 2017 and inserting fiscal year 2018 .
