Subsection (b)(3) of section 1245 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 123 Stat. 2542) is amended— by redesignating subparagraphs
(E)through
(G)as subparagraphs
(G)through (I), respectively; and by inserting after subparagraph
(D)the following: an estimate of Iran’s military cyber capabilities, including persons and entities operating on behalf of Iran, and any information on those persons or entities responsible for targeting United States critical infrastructure or United States persons or entities; information on Iranian military and security organizations responsible for detaining members of the United States Armed Forces or interfering in United States military operations; . The amendments made by subsection
(a)take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act and apply with respect to reports required to be submitted under section 1245 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 on or after such date of enactment.
