Subsection
(h)of section 943 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 ( Public Law 110–417 ; 122 Stat. 4579), as most recently amended by section 1271 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 1075), is further amended by striking 2018 and inserting 2020 . Subsection
(c)of such section is amended by inserting , or other individuals, as determined by the Secretary of Defense, with respect to already established non-conventional assisted recovery capabilities before the period at the end of the first sentence.
